Ya-Lan Wang is a legal professional with extensive experience in Taiwan, China, and Europe. Prior to joining 4iP Council, Ya-Lan worked for years as in-house legal counsels at companies in the technology sector in a broad range of assignments regarding technology and commercial law matters between multi-national stakeholders.

Ya-Lan’s areas of specialties are IP policy advice (IP & Standardisation), technological contract drafting and reviewing, legal and contract management, company law compliance, and legal translation.

Ya-Lan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan, a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from The University of Melbourne, Australia, and Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and Competition Law (LL.M. IP and Competition) from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, Germany.
