Andrej Solinc
Andrej Solinc is the CEO of CEED Slovenia – Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development – an organization that supports over 1,200 Slovenian founders and business leaders through peer learning, mentoring, and structured programs for different stages of business growth. CEED Slovenia is part of the international CEED network, active in more than 15 countries.
He has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. During university, he co-founded DHH, a cloud services company that was bootstrapped and is today listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana). This experience gave him firsthand insight into the challenges of building and scaling a technology company across several markets.
At CEED, he develops and delivers programs focused on leadership, growth, and succession in SMEs. He is also involved in Early Warning Europe, where he contributes as a mentor supporting entrepreneurs facing financial or operational difficulties.
In addition to his work at CEED, he serves on the methodology committee for the Gazela Award, which recognizes Slovenia’s fastest-growing companies, and actively supports youth entrepreneurship as a mentor and jury member in initiatives such as POPRI and JA Europe’s GEN-E competition.
