Ezequiel Escobedo Osorio

Ezequiel Escobedo Osorio is a lawyer with experience in intellectual property, competition law and regulatory policy. His professional background combines academic research, private practice, public enforcement and policy analysis.

Before moving to Germany, he served at Mexico’s Federal Economic Competition Commission, where he coordinated cartel investigations. He also worked at the Mexican Senate and in private practice on intellectual property and administrative law matters. As a research assistant at the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE), he co-authored a publication on the intellectual property rights of Indigenous communities.

Ezequiel holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center. Originally from Mexico, he is based in Germany.
