Bocconi University Challenge Project supported by 4iP Council is underway

Competition for students of the LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology programme.

4iP Council and Bocconi University within their solid relationship to promote better knowledge and study of intellectual property have organised, The Challenge Project, a competition for students of the LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology programme. The ‘Intellectual Property in a Technological World’ challenge consists in undertaking independent research and writing an individual research paper, which will result in nine academic credits.

The interested students are already working on their research under the supervision of the LL.M. faculty and tutors since March. The research topics, mirror those to be discussed during an event hosted by Bocconi in Milan next September 28, 2018, are related to:

  • IoT & 5 G: Licensing in the Internet of Things
  • License to all v Access to all
  • Open Source in de jure standardisation
