4iP Council and University of Alicante joint seminar “Getting Ready for the Internet of Things”

4iP Council and the University of Alicante have joined together to brief patent attorneys, IP professionals and students on intellectual property and the Internet of Things.

On June 6th, 4iP Council is pleased to be organising a seminar entitled “Getting Ready for the Internet of Things” with the Magister Lvcentinvs, the LL.M. in Intellectual Property of the Universidad de Alicante, a partner of the European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN). The programme has been designed for patent attorneys, IP professionals and students.

Topics include:

  • A successful IoT: technical and patent licensing evolutions
  • The Roll Out of the IoT across the IP Landscape: One smart revolution?
  • Licensing of Standard Essential Patents in the IoT: A legal roadmap
