Tuulia Ferm

Tuulia Ferm is a lawyer specialising in intellectual property and EU competition law. She currently works at Ericsson, where she focuses on legal and policy questions relating to standard-essential patents (SEPs), FRAND licensing and standardisation in technology markets.

She holds an LL.M. from the University of Helsinki, where her master’s thesis examined the intersection between competition law and sustainability. Her professional background includes experience in law firms and legal consulting, including at PwC.
