Rui Li

Rui Li holds one Bachelor degree in Telecommunication and two Master degrees in Law. The first Master degree in Law is from Tsinghua University, and the second Master degree in intellectual property (IP) and competition law is from the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (MPI) - Munich Intellectual Property Law Center. She has also been a visiting scholar at MPI for two years.

Rui Li is well-knowledged on IP and competition law of different jurisdictions, such as EU, US and China. Due to her inter-disciplinary background, she is specialized in Standard Essential Patent (SEP) and FRAND Licensing, especially in the Telecommunication sector.
