Prof. Estelle Derclaye

Estelle Derclaye is Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Nottingham. She is the author and editor of several books and over 100 articles in the field of IP law and has done expert work for the UK Intellectual Property Office, the European Commission and national and foreign law firms. Her main areas of research are copyright and designs, database protection, IP overlaps, and empirical research in intellectual property law. She is a member and former president of the European Copyright Society, member of the Research Expert Advisory Group of the UKIPO and president of ATRIP.
