Nikos is a European Patent Attorney specialising in the field of ICT with emphasis in the AI/ML technology space. He holds a PhD in Microelectronics from Newcastle University (UK) and has extensive experience in handling IP legal matters mainly patents, know-how, trade-secrets and database rights.
He currently works as an in-house IP counsel for an international company focusing on the protection and enforcement of computer-implemented inventions and artificial intelligence. Nikos is the author of several peer review technical paper and actively involved in numerous pan-European activities promoting the strategic role of IP.
