Minh Hung Tao

Minh Hung Tao is a Hanoi-based IP Lawyer of Rouse Vietnam. He covers a wide range of IP matters such as copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, data privacy, enforcement, and transactions. He also participates enthusiastically in an ODA project that aims to foster Vietnam’s IP environment in aspects of legislation, enforcement, commercialization, and finance. Apart from working as a practitioner, he has been cooperating with distinguished IP experts/scholars in Vietnam in state-funded research projects. He previously worked as a Researcher at Ericsson GmbH (Munich, Germany) and an IP-Technology Practitioner at Baker McKenzie Vietnam. He holds an LL.B. degree from National Economic University (Hanoi, Vietnam) and an LL.M. degree (Excellent) in Intellectual Property and Competition Law, Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (Munich, Germany) – a program hosted by, among others, Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition.
