Mina Jasinski

She is winner of the Second prize in the 4iP Council Research Awards 2024, with her paper "Does AI voice cloning break Copyright twice? The risk of dual infringement and licensing solutions in music creation".

Mina recently graduated with distinction from Jagiellonian University with a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies, offered in collaboration with WIPO. She is particularly fascinated by the changing landscape of IP in relation to the digital age, especially its impact on the creative industries and artistic expression. This interest also led her to a legal internship at IFRRO, where she had explored these issues in depth. Before that, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in French and English law. Her main interests lie in copyright law, the intersection of technology and ethics, and the enforcement of IP rights, as well as European trademark and design law.
