Michael Zymler

Michael Zymler is Associate at Morgan Lewis. He focuses his practice on EU and UK competition law and antitrust. Michael represents clients on abuse of dominance and cartel investigations before the Competition and Markets Authority, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the European Commission, the High Court, and the Court of Appeal. He has worked on behalf of a variety of distinguished clients from a wide range of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, mining, and technology. He is admitted to practice in New York and England and Wales.

Michael also acts in relation to mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on public interest mergers. He also provides advice in the application of competition law to a wide range of commercial agreements and practices.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael undertook his training contract in Brussels, focusing on antitrust law. He has previously worked at King’s College London where he was a visiting lecturer in Copyrights and Trademarks, and at the European Commission as a stagiaire at the Office of the Hearing Officer for Competition Proceedings.
