Marie Barani graduated in law in France and Belgium, with a specialisation in industrial property law and competition law. She has worked for various employers, for whom she has negotiated contracts in French and English, including FRAND licences, carried out legal research, provided opinions, managed a patent portfolio and trademark applications in Europe and internationally.
