Jens Andreasson
Jens Andreasson is a Senior Lecturer and Vice Head of the School of Business, Economics and Law, at the University of Gothenberg. His research focus is on the interface of law, economics, and technology/innovation management with a particular interest in intellectual property and financing in knowledge-intensive sectors. With a focus on the more traditional legal research terms, falling within intellectual property law, credit law, bankruptcy law and property law. He has investigated themes within intellectual property rights law such as the use of intellectual property as security, the development of a European unitary patent, the development of SEPs and FRAND licensing in telecom etc.
