Sir Uwe Scharen
Sir Uwe Scharen is a German jurist. He is a renowned expert in patent law and was the presiding judge of the 10th Senate of the German Federal Court of Justice from April 2009 until his retirement on August 2010. This division mainly handles patent law and public procurement cases.
