Elisabetta Ferraro

Elisabetta Ferraro is a dual-qualified Italian Lawyer and UK Trade Mark Attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. She has a background in the private practice, having worked for eight years at leading IP law firms in Milan, London, and Madrid.

She joined the EUIPO 4 years ago, focusing on design-related matters. She is now a member of the Legal Affairs Department, where she leads the Knowledge Circle Designs and actively drives the implementation of the Design Legislative Reform Project.
