Dr. Tim Becker

Dr. Tim Becker, Partner, Rechtsanwalt und Notar, Certified Specialist for Intellectual Property Law, MOOG Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, Darmstadt, Germany.

Law studies at the Universities of Constance and Lausanne. PhD with a thesis on the law of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and EU state aid law in 2001, admission to bar in 2003, Certified Specialist for Intellectual Property Law since 2007.

For many years Tim Becker advises companies and start-ups in the fields of trademark and design law, law of unfair competition and copyright law. His advice includes all matters of internet law as well as foreign and cross-border trade and business law. He helps his clients through the negotiation, draft and review of contracts.

Tim Becker is member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright. Since 2013 he is judge with the Frankfurt am Main court on standards of attorney conduct.
