Dr. Cecilia Maronero

Cecilia Maronero is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Economics and Statistics “Cognetti de Martiis” of the University of Turin and an Affiliate Researcher at the Bordeaux School of Economics. Her research interests focus on empirical studies in the economics of science, technology, and innovation, IPRs, and creative industries.

Cecilia holds a doctoral degree in Economics of Innovation from a cotutelle program between the University of Bordeaux (France) and the Insubria University (Italy). She has a background in International Relations (Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Turin) and Political Science with a sharp focus on Innovation (Double Master’s Degree Turin-Bordeaux). Cecilia also served as an IPR Policy Researcher in Ericsson.
