Andrea Pontecorvi

Andrea Pontecorvi is a Legal Advisor in the Legal Department of the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) in Angers, France. Before joining the CPVO, he worked with international law firms and global companies, where he gained expertise in intellectual property law and commercial litigation while developing a strategic approach to managing IP assets. He studied law in the United States and Italy and has been admitted to the practice of law in both jurisdictions.
