However, 4iP Council publications do not necessarily reflect the individual positions of each advisory committee member.

Béatrix de Russé
Master degree in law and DESS degree in International Trade Law, Former Vice President Worldwide Licensing at Technicolor, Member of the IP Hall of Fame.
Graduated from Sciences Po, University of Paris II (doctorate in law) and the National School of High Administration(ENA). Former managing director of Caisse Des Dépôts Intellectual Property, he is currently a lawyer and expert in innovation economy.
